I think you’re seeing lust when what is really there is tasteless humor.

Let’s hope that was the last time!
Your mother is a Hero of the People.
The win ultimately came at the hands (and mail-in ballots) of voters in states like Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia—historically red states that flipped thanks in part to record voter turnout from Black communities,
My mother endearingly refers to Trump as “that A-hole”.
I love Andromeda.
If you don’t like her music, fine. There’s no accounting for individual taste. But stage names are an old and honorable tradition. Come at “Bob Dylan” (and then work your way through Every Fucking Rapper) before you get to Lizzie.
When Mando arrives at Mos Pelgo, I was thinking “Those townspeople are sure losing a lot of moisture, what with the bare faces and all.”
I hope this shows figures out how to steal a bit of what made Firefly work.
the way to ‘resolve’ that is to treat all the Star Wars media as stories being told of events, not strict documentaries, and that sometimes different sources disagree on different things.
There’s an interview with Blu del Barrio on SyFy. It turns out that Adira is referred to as “she” because at this point, Blu was not out as non-binary to her family. The actor and the character basically “come out” at the same time.
She didn’t merely “not see them”; she didn’t know if she would ever see them, or whether they survived. Also, DS9 is incredibly horny. How come no one told me that before?
I thought Season 3 did a better job with serialization, giving the Enterprise a mission to perform, where more episodic stories could hang off the frame of the mission. Definitely King of America, with Blood and Chocolate a close second.
If you put samosa fillings in a pasty, is it a samosa or a pasty?
I was put off by the first season of Voyager, which was mostly dull, and also I thought Neelix and Kes were a bad idea. There was some episode, I don’t even remember which one it was, which opened up with “There’s [yet another] spatiotemporal anomaly ahead!” and I just checked out.
Choux, crème pât, gingerbread, rough puff, some kind of sponge... I would practice all these for months before going on the show.
