What I'd like to see is a Secretary of the Interior who's a Native American (I'd ideally like to see a Native American President, but baby steps), a Muslim Secretary of State, and a Secretary of Defense of Arab descent.

Jezebel is a contrarian website first so they’ll continue to hate on her till she finally puts Bernie out of our collective misery. Then they’ll dump on her for not doing an all women ticket and then they’ll complain about what cabinet positions she gives the women it’s an endless cycle.

would you say you’re.... thrillary’d?

Finally breaking the empty suit glass ceiling.

Hilldog, that’s what I like to hear

Thanks, you’re the best. And I love ya Clover but if you made a cheat sheet instead of posting this video you would probably have one of the most popular articles on gawker this week.

Can we also talk about the locations? The recurring use of Fort Macomb in particular. It was such a creepy maze in True Detective’s first finale, and the fort itself is rather claustrophobic and creepy, but the repeated shots through the now almost vaginal holes in the fort walls made it seem like a protective womb.

That line really gets me as well.

Thank you. I didn’t know most of that, other than that Chyna was famously kind and good-natured, and it was fascinating. It’s an awful shame that the world has lost such an interesting person so early in her life.

This is the article that I have been waiting for Jezebel to write. Thank you. Out of respect to Chyna, who was and should always be remembered as a beautiful woman, I would like to add even more to what has been told herein.

You’ll find a lot of people saying that Chyna was one of the sweetest members of the WWE that

I felt the same way that she was a real life Xena and Wonder Woman. She was taking on men and showing that women can be tough and strong, too.

Was just telling my AP Lit students I want to connect LEMONADE to THE BLUEST EYE. Would love thoughts and help making it authentic and real.

I didn’t go in for the whole wrestling craze as a kid, though majority of my male friends did (and still do now, it’s actually really endearing the nostalgic love they have for it still) but I remember, clear as day, watching Chyna whenever she was on TV. I thought she was like Xena and Wonder Woman put together and

They’ve changed her wikipedia now, but for a while, it said “Chyna (born Joan Marie Laurer; December 27, 1970 – April 17-20, 2016)“ (emphasis mine) because they didn’t know exactly when she died. She died alone and had been dead for a while when she was found. Heartbreaking. Yes, she deserved better

Even as a teenager, I liked Chyna because she was different. She was strong and tough. Also, she was funny and pretty. I liked that about her.

I watched it Saturday night at my friend’s when it premiered while I was DVRing it at home because free HBO weekend. I have since rewatched the whole thing twice and listened to the album six times in a row yesterday morning while I was getting lunches ready for the week. I get emotional talking about it, in fact my

It’s pretty awesome.

Clover is my favorite Jezebel writer. I’ve been waiting for this.

Watching “Hold Up,” I was immediately reminded of this video piece by Pipilotti Rist, “Ever is all Over.” I saw it a few years ago and was hypnotized. The juxtaposition of the woman’s rage with her happy expression resonated with me SO HARD. As women, we feel that anger but have to cover it up with smiles and

This album destroyed me, and now this review says everything. THANK YOU.
