I don't think many people here are offended by it. I, myself, am a huge proponent for a manned Mars mission. I missed out by some 15 years on being alive in 1969, and I would hate to miss witnessing first hand what will be the greatest achievement in human history.

But people had boats already at that time - it was just a longer trip. The technology to get there simply does not yet exist, and it sure as hell won't exist on a $6 billion budget.

The company behind this cancelled their robotic recce missions on the quiet at the same time as announcing these 100 people, hoping nobody would notice. It worked, evidently. There is simply no substance whatsoever to their claims.

I know, right? No offence, but these people aren't any more worthwhile talking to about a Mars mission than anyone else off the street. You'd be better off spending your resources trying to interview astronauts/scientists/NASA/SpaceX etc.

I think the internet's broken. Even on new articles I keep seeing regurgitated nonsense from 12 months ago in the comments.

This looks great, but if I had a penny for every time a JP mod was worked on and never released...

If you think Hershey's is overly-sweet, then you're in for a massive shock should you ever try our Galaxy chocolate!

Halfbick.

I do love games. But no.

Then Requiem.

Depends what you mean by "impressive". Sure, it's nice a big, but it was just using Lego bricks to make larger Lego bricks, to build a set that already exists just in large form. Exactly the same as the 1:1 8880 Super Car they had at Legoland Windsor about 17 years ago (more impressive, if you ask me).

Good math, cheers.

Now do the Infinity...

Haha, oh wow.

I love the casual nature of, "oh, and by the way...[world-changing statement]"

Erm...Ryse? DR3?

Ah, yes. One of these "the PS4 is so much better, but I bought an XB1 so I'm completely unbiased. Honest..." comments. I love those.

That made up story he told the police is still better than Destiny's.

Have a shower, Bungie. You're starting to smell like Activision.

Treated them how, exactly? By pumping millions into marketing their games and increasing their profile. Letting them separate from MS after fulfilling their contract on Halo games, and getting them into their enviable position of getting to pick which publisher to work with next?
