Once the mandelorian is over, I hope someone cuts together a video that’s just all the footage of baby yoda, and nothing else. Because I don’t care enough about the plot to watch the show, but I desperately want more baby yoda in my life.

I just now realized that I had Elizabeth Homes and Elizabeth Moss mixed up in my head since I watched the episode. I was so confused as to what who I now realize is Elizabeth Moss had done wrong. 

I do, although I admit that has more to do with the quantity non ice cream ingredients that they mix in, rather than the quality of the ice cream itself. I want as many oreos as possible crammed into my cookies and cream ice cream.

There’s a comedian with a bit about how the dream job is to be the drummer for Coldplay. You make as much as Chris Martin, but without people recognizing you on the street, but still enough clout to get a bit role on Game of Thrones (which apparently the drummer from Coldplay did, and no one noticed).

I’ve actually heard a couple of comedians say something similar in response to interviewers asking if Trump at least makes their jobs easier. The answer is basically no, because how do you make making fun of something like this funny? Just pointing at a dumb thing someone said isn’t really humor. 

I can see some merit in the phrase in that self-partnered has an air of intention about it. There have been times in my life where I’ve been single, but wanted to be in a relationship, and times where I was single because I didn’t want to be in a relationship. Having a different word for the second situation might…

Yeah, it really does seem to miss the point of the appeal of hot ones, huh. 

Agreed. The premise is I guess a bit useful in that the distraction can get people’s guards, down, but without Sean as the interviewer, I don’t think the show would work as more than a gimmick. It feels like every other interview, the interviewee is commenting on how impressed they are by how insightful and/or obscure…

I get why they did it that way, but I was really frustrated by the way the battle rap episode went down. There were people that went home but shouldn’t have, because they were paired with someone also amazing, and then people who didn’t go home but should have, because they were paired with someone equally terrible.

Yeah, I love to bake, and precision is pretty key. The other things is knowing where you can deviate, and where you can’t, which takes experience and understanding. If you’re just starting out baking, your best bet is to be as precise as you can. Once you get a feel for things, you’ve tried 5 different chocolate cake…

That is really good advice that wouldn’t have occurred to me. Now that we don’t really do wedding china the way previous generations did, it can still be nice to have some pieces that represent your marriage to you.

My boyfriends parents live across the street. They’re perfectly nice, but it’s definitely something I’ve thought about when thinking about whose place we move into when we decide to move in together.

I listen to a true crime podcast, and one of their mottos is “fuck politeness”. Within the context of getting out of potentially dangerous situations, I feel like it really is something we all need to hear.
