Truth hurts don’t it ?

You shut your rare-earth, transition metal mouth, Yttrium. AoS was fun, and several of us really liked it!

I think this is absolutely PERFECT. The first season literally has has the evil corporation lying to the poor souls stuck in its system, and the only way out is for them to unite against the tyranny, so yeah. This is appropriate.

I mean, it’s literally a 2 season limited series, so...

It was only going to run for two seasons. I dunno if Disney would trash most of a completed second season out of sheer spite, but who knows?

If this is how Andor ends, it feels like an appropriate ending to the series.

So be it. Stand with labour not with corporations.

One way out!

The longer the strikes drag on, the shorter “Morning Spoilers” gets.

“We can’t make movies without actors.  We can’t even market movies without actors.  But we don’t want to pay the actors.  And don’t even get me started on writers.”

I can wait. Gives me a chance to catch up on my considerable backlog of stuff.

Heh, yeah. I mean, Rami Malek was good and I understand why he won the Oscar, but literally everything else about it (including on a technical level, with that shit editing) was poor.

It’s funny to see it here after the complaints yesterday that it was missing from the “worst” list.

Can’t really complain about any of these except for the inclusion of Bohemian Rhapsody, which I thought was rather terrible.

well this show is mid, for one, and its got so much potential, star power, and money behind it that it’s deeply frustrating to see it limp along like this. Jackson is good but he’s all plot no punch. Mendelsohn is likewise great! I’ve said as much. and as for fun... i don’t think i see that that you do.

Counterpoint: we’ve polarized and lost empathy to the point that large portions of America reflexively side with corporate interests. Not because they trust them or have better experiences but because they have the shortsighted attitude of, “Tough shit, my work treats me like garbage too. Stop whining and get a real

She came back so fast that half of the “fridging” essays were still in rough draft form.
