One issue with this article.

Wow, finally someone has come to dethrone the Wendy’s RPG as the Worst Thing in TTRPGs (j/k there are a lot of contenders for that).

It bothers me that this article is borderline glorifying someone who is ultimately nothing more than a gigantic asshole.

It occurs to me, we’re getting Keanu Reeves as Batman, and in Teen Titans Go! To The Movies we had Nicolas Cage as Superman. Clearly, an animated remake of Batman vs. Superman, with those actors reprising their roles, is necessary.

Everything you’ve listed here is completely optional to the player.  Get stuck on a boss? Summon help.  Melee too tough? Used ranged bows or spells.  Care about the Lore? Read item descriptions or look it up online.  I don’t see how any of this is bad.
