How the hell did they screw up this badly? His show should be the most action packed of all of them. This pisses me off, and not cause the cultural crap (which is its own bag of cats), but the fact that they apparently haven’t gone with the craziness of the source material. This should be their Kill Bill.

I don’t want to but now I do.

That one also baffles me because that de-aging work was also not that great. And it was the same studio that did the de-aging work for Benjamin Button which looked really fucking good..

As far as realistic human CGI faces go, we’ve definitely come a long way from The Scorpion King

I am weirdly looking forward to Ghost in the Shell more and more. I was super not on board, especially with the director earlier talking about not liking the philosophy of the franchise, but idk all this recent promotional material looks really appealing.

Star Trek Beyond was robbed, hard.

While Injustice and the Batman Arkham games have had great stories (as had Telltale’s Batman), I literally cannot think of a single Marvel game from the past 20+ years (or maybe ever) that has ever had a good story. The only one that comes to mind is 2005's Ultimate Spider-Man game, which was a continuation of the

Not really. Just those same losers who howled about Heimdall being black.

I’m not Asian, I’m Black, which makes me empathetic when I see “The Great White Saviour” and “Mighty Whitey” tropes on display.

But if they’re aliens then why does it matter?

All I wanted was for Danny Rand himself to be Asian/Half-Asian.

Madame Gao already said in Daredevil S1 that she’s not from Earth, and Danny also says “you can’t really get to there from here,” all but conforming that K’un L’un is sticking somewhat close to the comic version.

Hope they show him punching out the heart of a fucking dragon or at least allude to it as he says “this is how I got this crazy tattoo.”

I mean, Luke Cage’s origin on the show was pretty out there, and they’ve now delved into magic stuff with Dr. Strange and Agents of SHIELD now, so Danny punching a dragon doesn’t seem

I posit that the 2nd season was not worse and on a rewatch actually ended up better. Until the very final episode.

To be fair I don’t think we have actually had the funny wise-cracking smart-ass Wolverine on screen like, ever, except for maybe a few scenes in XMen 1 and Days of Future Past.

I want Wolverine to gut-punch Cyclops and flirt with Jean and tell-off Deadpool for being a shithead, goddamnit.

The umbrage against this show is made even sweeter because the original movie actually made a point to show that even the black students playing identity politics and trashing all over the moronic white stereotypes are themselves in the wrong because they aren’t focusing on actual issues affecting the disenfranchised

Can you imagine the uproar if white people were enslaved for hundreds of years, and after having been freed were still denied basic rights for another century, and then were denied the tools that would allow them to better their overall circumstance like decent education and access to housing and banking, and then

Can’t believe we’re living in an age where the “little kiddie spinoff” Lego Batman movie is more true to the character than the current “official movie version” of Batman aka Zack Snyder’s disastrous vision.

In fairness, the movie is absolute dogshit.

Black Mirror already did this, twice.
