to be fair this is exactly what the comics do.  aside from the occasional crossover between a property like daredevil or luke cage with the rest of the marvel universe, most of the time they are very much more grounded or pulpier affairs, and i think that disparity in tone between an avengers comic and a daredevil…

No way dude, those Two Towers and Return of the King action games for GC/PS2/Xbox were fantastic. And the Battle for Middle Earth RTS games were great as well. Liked em way more than the two recent Middle Earth games, and I thought those were fine as well.

Doesn’t matter. in my head canon it takes place 1 year after the snap but 4 years before endgame and no one can convince me otherwise

Also in the 5 year period it’s very plausible that the population recovered somewhat (what, people are gonna stop fucking?) maybe by like 20-30% so now we have suddenly that extra 50% come back in and now the population has instantaneously almost more than doubled.

Ultimately it turns out that Tony Stark ended up being a selfish piece of shit who cared only about his own self-interest (“I have a family and I don’t want that to be taken away so fuck the consequences, don’t reset the past 5 years let’s just bring everyone back and worry about the fallout from that later”).
