@Modus11: The only console to launch with a positive profit margin this generation is Wii. Both the PS3 and 360 were sold at a loss at launch and this is generally the norm. Historically Nintendo is the only manufacturer to turn a profit per unit on day one.

@myxylplyx: I remember reading about over heating issues when USB Loader was first available. From having a quick look on google it would seem it was down to the cIOS from the time.

When I was a kid my parents would buy me one game at christmas and one for birthdays. If I wanted more then I had to find the money myself.

I think it's worth pointing out, unless things have changed since I first did this hack, that not all USB drives are compatible and that it is best to use a self powered drive as people have found that when the Wii powers the drive it can burn out the USB ports.

Most screens upscale internally anyway. It's whether or not they do a good job that matters.
