It is possible, but Europa is only slightly heated by Jupiter's tide. It is just enough to melt chemical rich water. Volcanism on Jupiter's moons is limited to gasses that come out cold by Earth's standards.
The UV, X-rays, and particle winds that kill would decrease in proportion to visible and infrared that nurture, so how is a binary system preferable?
Although the winds would be additive at some points in the orbit, the smaller star would be more distant at this time, assuming that the planet lies within the smaller star’s orbit. In the case that the planet is outside the star’s orbits, the winds would never mitigate, but would occasionally eclipse.
