The last Honda I had didn’t leak/burn out, but it need a half shaft at 70k after blowing a seal and leaking everywhere (‘08 Fit).

They tried pretending, it didn’t work and they got sued, now everyone has an extended warranty. What will be interesting going forward is seeing how long the replacements last and if they can be limped along by topping up oil or if the the oil burning fouls up the valvetrain to the point they die.
