I'm surprised you weren't able to get a better deal on the Mazda. Dealers around are advertising the Sport go for under $20k and the touring for $22-23k pre-TTL.

I think it depends if the dealer has competition. Bought a Subaru in 2013. There are something like 7 Subaru dealers within 100 miles of me. Test drove at the closest, decided it was the car I wanted then started contacting all of them by phone and email. Ended up negotiating the whole deal over the phone with the…
Yep. I live in SA and drive to Austin quite a bit. Maintaining anything close to the 70 MPH speed limit on IH35 requires full use of all 3 lanes to get around cars going 50 or bro trucks going 100 in whatever lane the feel like at the moment.
"It's got terrible consequences to it," agreed Christopher LaGow, a lobbyist for Nationwide. "You just can't change the laws of physics."
Your aunt seems like a pretty cool lady.
Depreciation on these is nuts. I just found a 2012 with 35,000 miles for under $20k at a local dealer. My commute sucks. I might go buy it.
Wife has a 2013 Outback. That MPG gauge is the most annoying thing. It doesn't even have actual numbers on it, just a "+" and "-" It is constantly jumping from one end in your peripheral vision to the other when you switch pedals. And there is an MPG readout on the binnacle above the radio too! So it useless and…
I'll agree that there is really nothing wrong with a 2WD truck and many people I know with 4WD trucks only put them in 4WD once or twice a year to drive down a dirt road they probably didn't need it for.
I love how the CLK-GTR used the same tail lamps as the standard CLK. Jalopnik did a piece in 2012 here
Came here to post the same thing. The 112i was my favorite back in the dial-up days of the internet. I remember waiting 5 minutes to download 800x600 wallpapers of it from supercars.net on my parents' Power Macintosh sometime around 1999.
Test drove both. Much more impressed with the GTI. Will just save my pennies a month longer.
I think they could make a front bench that complies with crash regs if they really wanted too. You can still get them in full-size pickups - even the 4 doors.
Love the car. I've actually been looking on CL here for an E61 manual. But too many miles for the prices. Hell any BMW without an M in the model number needs to be under $10k once it hits 100k for me to consider it.
Like the new ones or a vintage one? I've actually seen a few 60s-80s genuine Eames pieces on CL. The chair posted is an Erokones Stressless. They aren't cheap but they are like half the price of a Herman Miller lounger and seem to hold up well.
I've had a soft spot for dark red leather since about 20 years ago when I was in middle school and my parents who were normally very stingy bought 2 of these on a total whim for our TV room. They still have them. I think I spent 8 hours straight in one watching football when I went to visit this Thanksgiving.
