I can't stand Nancy Grace, but that was a great moment. Most of us didn't have a "WTFSMDH moment" when it happened, because most of us weren't stupid enough to buy the man's con in the first place. An intelligent viewer is capable of registering both "Nancy Grace is being rude" and "The father is obviously lying."

Oh, come on. She did that on purpose.

I kept waiting for him to ask that! The first thing in any parent's mind would have to be, "Is he alive?" Yet, that guy never asked it because he already knew.

okay, so everyone was mad cuz Nancy was making faces during his "shock". She totally knew something was up. IDC how u feel about Nancy but she is great at what she does and is hilarious when she is putting someone in their place.

"Wh..WHAAAAATTT?"

If my kid were missing for two weeks and found alive, the FIRST thing I would do would be to go "TAKE ME TO HER RIGHT NOW" not blather on about how impossible it is that she was found where she was found. That whole video was suspect to me from the beginning because of the lack of "GIVE ME MY KID" emotion on the part

Yeah I'm one of those gobsmacked people.

there have been 2 blogs on "this place" about this monster so you can stop wondering now & begin wondering about the next thing that offends you

That's not as true as you'd think. Some people do that, others freeze or collapse, especially if they believe the child is dead. I saw one woman literally not be able to understand that we'd found her husband and their young child (and these were missing hikers, so no chance she was involved) for like 5 minutes, and

As a parent, when i saw his act upon learning his son had been found, I waited for him to say "Excuse me, I have to go". I mean, your kid was just missing for 2 weeks! Any parent's first instinct would to be to get to their child ASAP. Only a total narcissist would sit through an interview when their child needs

The worst part of this is an innocent child was abused.

He's with him mom now- anyone else find that almost as unsettling? Mom obviously didn't have custody- and must not have seen him very much for the signs of abuse to go unnoticed. Grandma notices but says/does nothing. And what kind of a bang-up job were the police/FBI doing that they managed to search a basement on

Somehow these stories continue to surprise me. What the fuck is wrong with people? I live with moderate anxiety over the idea of something happening to my children by some external source. How do you, as the parent/step-parent, do it to them yourself? Child abusers should be flayed. Here's hoping this leads to

If I found out my missing child had been recovered, there wouldn't even be time to strip my mic off before I was in my car and with my baby.

A slap here, a belt there, and a little bit of chest impaling in the end? Sounds like abuse.

I am so upset about this shit. Parents: YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT YOUR PROPERTY. THEY ARE A GIFT! YOU ARE FUCKING LUCKY TO HAVE THEM.

Blood on the clothes from eczema?! Ok, my son had terrible eczema as a little kid. We got him prescription ointment and switched soaps. In the coldest winter days, his hands would bleed a bit at the knuckles so then we'd coat them in ointment and have him sleep with cotton gloves on. If you're using bloody clothes

This reads like a Grimms' fairy tale. My god, Nancy Grace is the fairy godmother of all this.

Anyone who watched the interview with nancy grace where she revealed the boy had been found has gotta wonder. That was the biggest piece of bad acting on his part that I have ever seen. I was wincing the whole time thinking.. uhuh. Ham it up some more dude.

This is turning into a mess, I wish the kids a better place and future happiness.
