ST version would be boss!
Interesting. Thanks.
Ha!
Alex, since you love minivans too, i thought id send you this comment i wrote for someone else. You have a brother in me.
Heres the comment i wrote for someone else, who disparaged minivans on an article ASKING for boring dream cars. Not the brightest bulb in the box, i guess.
When i was Prius shopping i looked at those, hoping theyd be a Prius with sporty suspension...they weren’t, sadly. I REALLY wish Toyota had made one. I always wanted a car with the handling of a GTI but at 55mpg.
Not boring.
Counterpoint:
How you like the Connect? I own a Sienna and love it, but a minivan built on a Focus chassis would be brilliant.
Please dont post porn.
Yeah, those are great straight line designs. Broad shoulders and terrible aerodynamics. Ive always liked those too.
Goddamn, Son, you win!
Take a look at the Celica design, then at the previous version of the Prius. Same design language. Interesting. I really like both.
My uncle in spain had one of those. It was like riding in a lunchbox.
My design teacher worked on those. I still think theyre one of the best designs ever. All that glass definitely reminds me of the BMW 2002s.
That was my first car (very very very used). Do not get the 300D. Its slower than vermont syrup in winter. Great ride and brakes though, and tougher than nails.
You’re not alone. It gets INSANE gas milage and is very handsome.
My grandpa had the two door version of that car. Acres and acres of seat, dashboard, and steel. Such elegant boats. Theyre the opposite of smart cars.
One of my teachers at design school worked on the Concord and its sister car. They really were very very pretty. If a luxury car maker brought them out, nobody would have blinked.
Neither of those are really boring cars.
