you’re mixing up being prejudiced with being racist. You can be prejudiced against another race, but being racist implies a system of power over a minority.

I never understood why people tried to limit the definition of racism to just institutional racism. It’s stupid, dishonest, and comes across as an attempt to say that only white people can be racist.
