Agreed: Come for Klingon battle (and it’s glorious music), sleep through the rest.
I’ve always liked the “aftermath” sequence. Fast & Furious 7's hospital sequemce with Jason Statham, The Equalizer’s two sequences (the refinery and the Russian’s estate), let me picture in my mind how it occurred. I have a good imagination and don’t need to be shown every little action sequence.
Split Second - good crime/horror movie - favorite part is the bigger guns sequence and discussion with the chief.
My first Rutger Hauer movie was “Wanted: Dead or Alive” , back in the days when you could rent a VCR and a couple of movies from the convenience store. It was a double bill with “Iron Eagle”. (Dad picked them....) I enjoyed his performance in that.
I tried smoking a chicken - but cigarettes are easier to keep lit. :). But seriously, I myself have always gravitated towards the legs - built in handle, descent amount of meat, and no surprise bones to get you.
I keep having to post this:
I had forgotten all about that show. I would watch it each week.
Great, all this discussion of truck sizes and names has made me go find this:
I feel that this is an appropriate place to post this:
I don’t think you needed to add the racist in the description. I’m pretty sure that’s already included in the fascism part. Like a bad combo meal.
Neutral: My 1994 Corolla with 220+K miles on it that still drives and has working air. Bought with 85K miles on it, no major problems.
I enjoyed the BK hot dogs. Sonic is too far away from where I live, so BK was a nice stand in for when I wanted a cheap hot dog on the go. Same for these tacos, there are no Taco Bells conveniently located on the drive home from work.
Bears today are just not as hard working as the previous generation. They just give the minimum effort needed to survive. Now the generations before them - they were hard working and would fight for a cause.
now when you say “your” preferred brand of dog food........
I have to agree with this - for a place that sells things in bulk sizes, it does not sell clothing for people of bulk size...
“Hamm, a senior product manager at Amazon, says he spent months collecting thousands of images of his cat, Metric”
The Science Patrol insignia during the credits was nice touch. (and now that theme is going though my head...)
Show of hands. Who, as they were reading this, was playing the appropriate music for each kaiju in their mind and/or humming it.. Old school Toho, or Bear McCreary - both count.
“That was great!!”
