Because people don't print photos anymore in order to share them?

I think that Desmond just seems dull because we haven't really gotten to know a whole lot about his character. For instance, why did he run away from the Assassins in the first place. How much training did he initially have? How did Abstergo find him? Is subject 16 his father (seems very likely)? Etc.

Actually most of the clues point towards France for the non-Desmond portions of the game, and the United States for the Desmond portion of the game. Of course, we won't know for sure until Ubisoft gives out the official word :)

I know the games usually end on a cliff hanger however I meant in my original post that they wouldn't throw away a lead character in the last 2 minutes of the game. Had a main character needed to die it would have been dealt with as part of the story and not put into the ending.

In AC2 more focus is given to Desmond than in AC1, even though his scenes are not a significant portion of the game. In AC: Brotherhood he is given even more focus, and you gain the ability to leave the Animus as just about any time you want.

The events of AC1 lead directly into the beginning of the events of AC2, with all the major characters to date involved. The same with AC2 & ACB. If Ubisoft was actually finished with the character in question then that character would have been dealt with as part of the story, not suddenly and with no real

Like I said, there other other broadband internet service providers that provide internet service without also offering cable or satellite television service. Just because services like this aren't available where you live doesn't mean that they aren't available to millions of people around the world.

I like Ezio, not a huge fan of Altair and so far Desmond has been decent but somewhat unremarkable. I think people's reaction to him is based around the fact that the sequences involving Desmond so far have been some of the least exciting (though storywise most interesting) sequences of the AC games.

It is unlikely that they would move the game further backwards in time as AC2 takes place about 350 years after AC1. Had Altair's son had any noteworthy history with the POE's, or the Templar it is likely that he would have been the main subject of AC2 instead of Ezio, who is Altair's descendant (likely through

I think that the end of ACB might not be the ending people think it is. Sure it looks like something bad happened to one of the main characters but others got to the location very quick so it might not actually be as bad as it looked.

Desmond is going to be in the next AC game, guaranteed.

You need two hands to open a click pen? That right there is a big steaming pile of usability fail. What benefit does this design have over more traditional pens?

I have been able to watch shows marked "Web Only" on my TV via my Xbox with no problems. I believe Eureka is marked as Web Only, but it showed up in my queue and I was able to watch it with no problems. Perhaps this is just a fluke though.

It depends on the show. Some episodes of current shows show up on Netflix the day after they air on broadcast television. For anything that I have missed I can also generally watch it OnDemand using my cable box, or watch it on the network website for free.

None of these services require a cable television subscription. You could be paying a cable service provider for internet access, but cable service providers aren't the only source of internet connectivity.

I have been using Hulu+'s free tral week on my Xbox 360 and so far I haven't found a compelling reason to pay for it. Most of the shows offered on Hulu are also on Netflix and when I watch them on Netflix I don't have to deal with commercials. For the few shows that I care about that I can't get via Netflix, I can

Bethesda didn't make the game engine. Morrowind, Oblivion & Fallout all use the Gamebryo engine which at this point is getting very dated. However it is very likely that NV will be the last game released by Bethesda using Gamebryo. I have yet to play a Gamebryo-powered game that wasn't buggy.

For all the bugginess found in certain Bethesda games, the games them selves are always outstanding. I have been playing Bethesda games since Daggerfall and even thought I have had to deal with number our tech issues over the years they are still the only game developer that I will pre-order a game from sight unseen.

Yeah but you don't see Gizmodo's ads when you aren't on Gizmodo. You see the ads specific to whatever website you are currently on, even if that website is serving ads using one of the same ad networks Gizmodo is using.

This has to be a joke.
