I don't mind a little gimmick when it is added to a phone with very impressive hardware specs made by a company that has already proven to me that they can make quality hardware. If 3D is all the EVO 3D had going for it I would say pass, but the 3D is added on top of a very capable device.

Fast uploads are very important when uploading photo albums to a service like Flickr or Picasa. Which I was doing over 4G using my EVO when I went on vacation a few months ago.

EVO is just what HTC phones on Sprint are called...

I want that phone even without the 3D screen... the specs of this device kick some pretty serious ass and make it one of the most powerful HTC phones yet. That alone makes me want to buy it. 3D is just a nice extra.

If I could star you I would! :)

It is mediocre. But it revels in its mediocrity and over the top gun fights.

Most US Airports that offer free WiFi offer WiFi you wouldn't want to use anyway. I am talking severely below 3G speeds in many cases. Free isn't always a good thing and just because its "WiFi" doesn't mean its fast.

Maybe he is anticipating all of the T-mobile Android users who will leave T-mobile for Sprint once AT&T kills that $40 unlimited data-only plan... that should get you an extra 25-35% of bandwidth for those tiered AT&T customers...

The Epic looks better on paper, but for real-world use the EVO is far superior in nearly every way.

Opening up the P&C kit battery pack isn't the easier thing, you have to score around the seam with an exact knife several times (straight down into the seam). And then use a precision flathead screw driver to crack it open. Once you have the casing apart there are two batteries, some copper or aluminum ribbon and a

Worthless article.

Usually the batteries just crap out. This has happened to me with several P&C kits. I have either swapped out the batteries in their battery packs with my own (the P&C kit uses standard 1800mAH AA NiMH rechargable batteries) or I have gotten a replacement battery pack. The Nyko battery packs that are used with the

Interesting, but this have never been a problem for me and I have 3 Xbox 360s in my household :)

Yeah the batteries crap out pretty suddenly. However I have two solutions. #1. is crack it open and replace the NiMH batteries inside the battery pack with your own. I have done this on two of my P&C kit battery packs and it works just fine. You can even replace them with higher capacity NiMH (the ones in the P&C kit

I still prefer the Microsoft Play & Charge kit. When my battery dies, I can just plug in the cable and keep playing.

What is the benefit of tying you iPad to your iPhone for GPS? Is it just the larger screen or is there another more substantial benefit.

This is actually addressed at one point in the game. One of the resistance fighters is Korean-American and was born in Colorado before the invasion. During a scene where you are attempting to infiltrate a holding camp for American Prisoners one of the prisons goes off on him for being of Korean descent even though he

You laugh, but then again you probably have to get out of your car to open your garage doors... so who's laughing now?

It is fondly remembered anywhere? Really?

@mart_cfc: Well they can't all have the wit and sophistication of Benny Hill....
