Anybody else think it's funny that it's made by a company called "Stalqer"?

Call me crazy, but if Lockheed Martin, or any other vendor for that matter, is contracted to make so many planes for so much amount of dollars, shouldn't the vendor actually produce said quantity for said dollar amount? Shouldn't they have to bite the extra costs above said contracted amount? Isn't that kind of the…
