You're right about the specter of Arlo Givens. But I would go even farther. Arlo's specter hangs over every interaction Raylan has with any person he encounters. That's been Raylan's biggest problem this season. The show forgot the powerful gravitas Arlo bequeaths his son. Until his talk with Kendall, I thought Raylan
