yeah thats a good point. i remember that whole thing with Chris Evans having to do 7 apparences and whether his cameo in Thor 2 counted, blah blah. especially with the whole thing with cgi places starting to unionize they cant just de-age them anymore.

i wonder if one of the reasons they dont is because of contracts. like it would be obvious to just slow it all down. go back to 2-3 movies a year for a bit because a lot of their heros are big named actors, or at least are now ironically. so they run the chance that those people might move on to other projects.
