I dislike anything that thinks 65 is elderly. WTF.

No kidding. I want someone to somehow port the geometry and story of oblivion into the skyrim game engine. I have seen many who have said skyrim is not much better than oblivion, but I really didn't enjoy oblivion at all. I tried three times to play that game, as a mage, as an archer, and as a melee character and I

EQ2 similarities in races is due to their armor system. The same armor model and texture is used for all races and it just reshapes to fit the differences that exist. It is pretty impressive and cuts down on art costs, but also meant that there had to be a limit on how different a fairie and an ogre are shaped.

Yeah, this is just a real lack of options in the rendering options. EQ2 has a slider for 'max # of high detail characters'. High detail is whatever you have your models set at, and you can set it so that only the closest 6 people render in that high def, and the rest degrade based on further settings for your level

Thanks!

I always see this running apps, not full programs. Does it even do this via metro or would you have to go to the windows 7 like UI to do this stuff:

Yup, I played Skyrim and Red Dead Redemption to DEATH since launch and people claimed both had tons of bugs.

My most anticipated games are not on there at all:

Neat! I don't even have protective screens on my phone so I am not the target demo, but I like it. Hopefully one day someone will build it into a product like gorilla glass.

Well, any explanation of that picture ends up with that booth space being utterly wasted. Money flushed down the toilet.

Also, this is not waterPROOF, it is water RESISTANT in electronics applications. Water proof would be a submerged phone with a depth / pressure guarantee.

And then another x years before broadcast standards / whatever comes after blu-rays actually has something you can view in that resolution.

The story in my head is that is was an unoccupied booth, and this guy just sat down to rest. Where the people are who are supposed to be, I don't know. Maybe they were killed by the 250 Apple ninjas?

Any tech leading to good augmented reality specs (with true retina display quality at less than 1 inch from your face) is good.

It won't be for everyone for sure. Just like some people use walkers and others use wheelchairs and others motorized wheelchairs.

The question isn't would you use it. There should be no question asked by the government. They handle legal tender and don't need the okay of citizens to change it.

Are you saying the Boomers are flying our drones? Or are they still in vault 34?

At least in california, there are things called power purchase agreements. Basically leases. You lease the equipment, and in many cases the cost of the lease is less than the monthly power savings.

I know very little about statistics, but I look at that graph and don't see spike in 1900-2000, I see a slight geometric increase from 0-2000 with an event centered around 1650 that was really cold.
