Seconded. “is got” is like chalk squeaking on a chalkboard.

I’ve always been a convertible fan. I’ve owned a couple myself and ridden and driven many more. The experience of riding in those big American body-on-frame convertibles is something else.

The OP is correct about the article though. It’s a pity you didn’t write it.

Now you know why people say, “but it’s a dry heat.”

Does anyone else feel the term “hack” has gotten way overused? I mean just a couple years ago this would have been called modding.

Note what the trailer actually says is, “This Halloween... Their Saga... Ends.” It says nothing about either one of them individually ending.

My favorite quote

So I decided I had to see it. It appears that 1 x 1 = 2 is true if you redefine multiplication.

I love the jet cars. I live not too far from the local dragstrip (Bandimere Speedway outside Denver, CO). When they’re running the jets, you’ll know. When my kids were much younger, they’d participate in Bandimere’s Race to Read program. If you read enough books, you earned a kid + adult pass for the Race to Read

You might think $200k is cheap, but it can be sold many, many times.

This is one of the cars where if it’s your thing, it’s a Nice Price. Otherwise No Dice. All the pain and trouble of doing the import has been done. That’s got to be worth $6k right there.

True, but irrelevant. Someone looking to buy a mid-90's Lincoln wants a mid-90's Lincoln. Admittedly that market is small. Someone looking at a late 00's Lincoln is in a completely different market.

Eventually, the mites might no longer live externally on our skin as parasites but instead become wholly internal symbiotes.

He’ll get it. Demand way outstrips supply.

Even if a few things aren’t quite up to snuff, that’s still a good price.

As far a Vader is concerned, she’s still a useful idiot. It’s not in her nature to accept her own faults. Instead they know she’ll blame Obi-Wan. She’s not a threat to Vader or the empire anymore. But she is to Kenobi.

I wondered that myself. From the movie’s wikipedia page, “Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank (formerly known as Blazing Samurai) is an upcoming computer-animated martial arts comedy film directed by Rob Minkoff, Mark Koetsier and Chris Bailey. Written by Ed Stone and Nate Hopper, the film is loosely inspired by the 1974

Now playing

I go for the flames with the regular spray and do my best Beavis “Fire, Fire” impersonation in the process.

If you’re that car’s market, then it’s a NP.

This is not a surprise. The market for these skews toward people that already own a Porsche.
