There’s a lot of people who didn’t win who’ve had pretty decent careers since. Big-eyed Alison from a few seasons ago and all-stars is apparently just the HUGEST thing in... the Philippines, I believe. YaYa DaCosta, Eva Marcille (nee Pigford), and Analeigh Tipton have all had nice acting careers.

The only thing that really helps for me is muscle relaxers.
