Makes sense, I don't have a whole lot of lid space. And I use face primer under my eyes! I could probably go through a lot more if I used eye primer under there!

Hahaha! Blindly, and with lots of regretted purchases.
I’m aware it is, the point I was making is how is that not considered showing proof of citizenship... I guess I didn’t make it very clear. I’m assuming that my state will also accept other forms of ID to get a DL and not necessarily a birth certificate, and that is why we aren’t allowed to fly with our state-issued ID…
You can go through FIVE primers in one year? Damn girl! I use primer every day and don’t go through one.
Scrub them with whitening toothpaste and a brush. And in future, I don’t care that the system says no base coat, with blues, greens, and reds, you’re much better off just using a basecoat! (I sometimes even double up on basecoat if it’s a blue.)
I was checking to see if anyone had said this, and I am 100% in agreement with you. Works wonders for swollen eyelids!
That is a good point, however, some eyeshadows are not meant to be used wet. I’m not sure if Chanel’s are, but as they are obviously not cheap, I would research and see if they are before getting them wet!
Yeah, if you’re cool-toned, I think Fast Play is too warm for you... I think you need something that isn’t a muddy color, if that makes sense? Bright CLEAR tones are what you’re going for. I don’t trust any of the MAC SAs to get lipstick colors right, so I would suggest buying a few cheap lipsticks to try to figure…
I have this problem too, except I’m not particularly pale, and am slightly more on the warm side of neutral. But those olive tones... my skin is not healthy looking in the winter a lot of the time. I feel your pain, girl!
I’m not pale enough to need a white mixer, but several fair-skinned ladies I know and love swear by Illamasqua’s white. I’m pretty sure they don’t sell it in stores anywhere in the US anymore but it might be worth tracking down online! Maybe do some research and read some reviews on it and see if that might help?
That works so great for other people... But I have never ever had anybody (Sephora’s system or multiple multiple SAs at many different counters) manage to get my skin tone right. I have very odd undertones and I am so jealous that other people get to benefit from their color match service!
It’s not black at all for me either.
That’s why Benefit has their own makeup remover to get that liner off, it is SO hard to remove!!!
I LOVE Sin and Liberte. They both look kind of scary in the pans but they are both amazing on! I only wear Sin in the winter though (it looks odd on me when I have a tan).
It is.
Probably because no one is checking the expiry date.
What I don’t understand is when I got my license (and I needed a state ID card as well at one point) I did have to show my birth certificate... is that not proof of citizenship? I suppose it could have been just one form of identification, and a birth certificate isn’t strictly required, but is the one most people…
IME (though not in New Jersey), the girls just left for awhile when they got pregnant. Their job was waiting for them when they got back, but they usually left when they started to really show. Lots of girls stuck it out for a bit though (until their uniforms wouldn’t fit), they just got to switch to wearing flats…
That’s exactly correct. One casino I worked in hired us as “entertainers” or “performers” even though we were just servers that had to wear tiny outfits.
I am of two minds about this. On one hand, I have worked at a casino as a server (the kind that wear the little tiny dresses). When we got hired, we were specifically hired as “entertainers” and had to sign a contract saying that we wouldn’t gain a bunch of weight (their deal, though, was that if you were fitting into…
