Have you ever played Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door? It's definitely a spiritual successor to SMRPG, and just a ton of fun. I still go back and play it fairly often because I like it so much.

My brain always wants to put Luigi in his "Fire Luigi" outfit of white overalls and green shirt. Probably because that was my favorite. But yeah, I'm with you on mostly remembering the green overalls otherwise, probably because of the TV show, honestly.
I agree. For me I think it was the shorter hair... I’ve never been a fan of floppy-haired Hugh Grant. Though his character in Notting Hill was endearingly charming, and Notting Hill is still my favorite rom-com. I think a lot of that has to do with Rhys Ifans playing his hilarious roommate though.
When the RIAA was cracking down on pirates, they were cracking down on people who were SHARING their copies. As far as I know, it’s kind of ambiguous as to whether it’s actually illegal to download a copy of something you already own, but like I said, they weren’t interested in the people downloading but the people…
But if you’ve ever owned a physical copy of the game it is not. I know that can kind of be a grey area. The person SHARING the emulated copy of the game is actually doing something illegal, but AFAIK in the U.S. if you’ve ever owned the game you are entitled to have a copy on your computer. That being said, I don’t…
I'm almost certain that they already said that they would not be doing this style of game for the Zelda series.
The first time I read it I had a hard time for about the first hundred pages or so, and definitely spent a lot of time flipping to the glossary in the back since I didn't understand the slang either. Eventually something just clicked, though, and I flew through it.
"Johnny in again." Although I'm sure you figured that out.
Did you know they had to do a bunch of reshoots because the accents were too thick and they knew American audiences wouldn't be able to understand them? Hell, even so I still sometimes have to strain to understand them. Having read the book helps though, as it is written in a Scottish dialect.
I don't even think that was in the top five most disgusting scenes in the book…
I don't believe it did occur in the movie, but it's been a very long time since I've seen it. The book scene wasn't one of the better ones, IIRC. I'm pretty sure it was just another scene where they were fucked up and nothing much happens.
I liked Filth, and I actually thought the movie adaptation was pretty fantastic, but it took me absolutely forever to get through the book. Trainspotting is still by far my favorite of his, and I've reread it countless times.
Agreed... I mean, he’s objectively a beautiful looking person, but he does not do it for me. I need a little bit of quirkiness, or character, or something to a face to love it. (or Alexander Skarsgard, but whatever).
Did you look at the close-up photos? I’m not as concerned with the outfit as I am with the fact that it looks like he forgot to check his face to make sure there wasn’t cocaine under his nose.
Well, we already covered the Encore, so I didn’t feel the need to say it again. AFAIK the Verano just shares the Delta II platform with the Astra (as well as the Cruze and a couple of foreign little minivan type things) but is not actually an Astra.
That’s not what I was saying. There were of course fans back then too. But it was absolutely not the craziness that it is now.
Here? Probably never. Europe? Right now.
Nope, just the Regal.
I miss Tim’s SO MUCH. I should probably just find a place online to order them.
I knew something was missing from this WYTS.
