Buffy Season Two ended with a super depressing cliffhanger (Buffy kills Angel, leaves Sunnydale). Heck, Buffy Season Four ended with an episode that did nothing but forshadow the next season.

The name of the episode is "Stranger in a Strange Land" which is a book written by Heinlein. Of course, it also comes from a Bible quote (from Exodus 2:22 "For I have been a stranger in a strange land"), so I'm not sure if they were intentionally referencing Heinlein or not.

Actually, I would love to see a cinematic version of The Death of Captain America. It was one of the best storylines Brubaker did on the title. I hope they don't go full Civil War, but say, Red Skull sets up Cap to be arrested and then Crossbones kills him and bam, we have the storyline.
