Mischa's "betrayal" is making Hannibal fall in love with her and influence him. Just like Will did. It's not the conventional type of betrayal. That's why Hannibal is 'vague on those details' and also he explicitly said 'Mischa didn't betray him but influenced him to betray himself.'
