The tree tapped into the water table over 100 feet below ground. Who is going to be responsible for ensuring a new tree survives for the many years it would take to put a taproot that deep?

Excuse #1, Entitlement, is the hardest for me. For example, right now there is a tablet on sale that I really want. I can afford it, and I tell myself I worked for that money and I deserve it. There are a million great reasons not to buy this and use the money for something more responsible (for my situation at least)…
Cue the "I don't have an eating disorder, therefore they must not exist" comments.
Prevents the bike's parts from getting stolen. You know, off the bike. It's in the headline.
Smithsonian curator is probably one of the awesomest jobs a family member could have, as far as perks they can give you are concerned!
Thanks for the tip. Early this year my kid chucked my ipod into the wall, giving me a great excuse to buy my brand-new iPod 5g. Which I love, so no looking back!
Pics or it didn't happen. Especially since I am pretty sure you are claiming to have achieved the unpossible.
The big problem with your question is the premise that players have been making informed decisions. It appears that until recently, they were lied to. If everyone around them tells them they have no reason to fear long-term impacts from concussions, then any decision they make is misinformed.
I really wish this were true. Here in my semi-rural part of the Southeast US, the only two networks available are Verizon and ATT. If Sprint network existed here I would be on Republic Wireless over a year ago.
The 2 biggest savers for me are buying cheap yet reliable and enjoyable vehicles, and driving less. In my small town I live 5 minutes from work and there is a free bus I ride occasionally to save even more. In cities live near mass transit and take it.
The USDA "thrifty" plan still seems high.
Squared, yep. You are confusing length with area. Area of square = length x width, in SQUARED units.
Um, no. 100 mm^2= 1 cm^2. So 200mm^2 = 2 square centimeters, or .31 in^2
Your argument is invalid as you base it on a faulty premise. LibreOffice does not do everything MS Office can do. If LO does everything you need, great. All that really indicates is that you are not a power user, just a frequent user of the basic features.
I do that exact same thing using Talkatone on my ipod touch. It registers itself as a Google Chat service so incoming calls come to it and you can converse via bluetooth. In fact, the ipod 5 has a mic and you can use it as a phone without the headset.* Handles outgoing calls easily, including texts.
How does this compare to Talkatone?
Have your family take the cat to the zoo? I'm sure the lions would find it very interesting!
In a way, a credit score kind of does reflect your character and integrity. At least, that is the purpose it serves. Lenders need some way to know if they can trust you to meet your obligations, and if you are the kind of person that takes financial responsibility seriously. You know, stand-ins for character and…
Agreed. Kelsey, this is a great article. Keep 'em coming and gizmodo will be a heck of a lot better.
That......
