honest question RE: Marvel... why would the TV show and movie timelines need to match up? Obviously you don’t want them 20 years apart or anything, but do you really need them in the same week to cross universes for a movie?

I didn’t like Man of Steel - not because it was dark, but because it was shit. Bad writing. Story line (and a slew of plot holes) that doesn’t make a ton of sense. Bad acting. Trying to make it that people didn’t like it because it was too dark is disingenuous.
