If they’re doing lots of busywork that’s not adding any value, then it’s really on their management to make sure what they’re doing is aligned with what the company actually needs.

Layoffs aren’t necessarily about work performance. They’re usually about money. I know plenty of high performers who put in long hours only to get laid off like everyone else.

The music in that game still sounds pretty good.  It seems to have held up better than the other aspects of the game.

This is all annoying but it’s also capitalism. It may be that the level of tolerance for MTX may vary depending on the audience for a particular game.  Companies today can test the waters to see what they can get away with, and if they push too hard (as they did here), they can always walk it back with patches (and

Same here.  But you can still do the races anyway and at least get the money.

I wish the media would somehow collectively realize that writing drivel about these non-updates is a waste of everyone’s time.  We’ve all been through this a million times.

So to clarify: you don’t like his politics, but here’s three alternatives that just happen to be on the left. Got it.

Thank god they fixed this embarrassing issue. Most annoying thing about the PS5 IMO.

Was the author of the article even alive during the 80s? It’s interesting to see these reactions since video games today (like most things in the entertainment industry) are largely skewed toward the left. Battlefield V had a stunning degree of historical revisionism.

That’s exactly how I got my Panamera. No regrets!

That second pic looks like a Porsche 356 and is haunting me for some reason.

Am I the only one who thinks “tone free” is not the best name for an audio product?

The maintenance on that Cayman would be a whole lot more than it would be in this thing.

On my 7.1.2 Sony Atmos system, I have the 7.1 enabled in the game and it sounds pretty good.  I don’t have much trouble telling direction, although the zombies always sound much closer than they actually are.

I don’t like zombies either. The idea of a re-animated corpse being as strong—if not stronger—as a healthy human is ludicrous at best. But I can appreciate a well-crafted shooter that stays focused on the player experience (I.e., TLOU). It sounds like DG might be a fun romp and not much else.

It had some good moments, but the handling of some of the cars made them barely drivable (KTM XBow for one).

The first-gen Panamera looks pretty good, too, despite how much flak it gets from some circles.  That’s why it’s a good seller.

Not me. I have a (somewhat) pricey independent near me and and a mom and pop mechanic just two miles up the road from me and two more options that I know of for when my Panamera needs servicing.  Luckily, the indy lets me supply my own parts, so my $3000 brake job at the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park became about

Don’t forget the bra, which also appears to be in rather good condition (although I’d be afraid of the condition of the underlying paint). Who knows when they added it, but I’m thinking it wasn’t recently. No one puts a bra on their car these days. I had a cheapie LeBra on my 93 Ford Probe and ended up removing the

I think the idea might have been that the holes provided some form of ventilation and therefore kept the steering wheel cool. Something like that could be helpful on hot days when the AC is broken.
