Even if Obama took him to court, which would be a whole big thing on it’s own, they’d have to prove some sort of damages to Obama. Has this damaged Obama in any way? Just doesn’t seem like it would be worth the trouble other than to make yet another point that won’t land with the people it needs to land with.
