I agree, but the entertainment industry has distorted quality standards for music. Digital processing has made any attempt at honest human skill uneconomic. That’s why live shows are either amateurish, anachronistic, or pretent.

Gizmodo reviews, while arriving consistently late, have become my favorite technology reviews. I shouldn’t even bother to read the rushed or mindlessly overdone pieces on other sites.

You can connect an external display and power the notebook, the display just supplies power over the USB-C connection. That’s the whole point of an universal connector.

There’s also fear of computers with one single port and the speeds of low power CPUs. Independence and responsibilty are scary.

The whole affair exemplifies what's ethically wrong with Google.

Personally I find systems like this harrowingly unintuitive.
