Lettie Mae is a great character, very well-acted, and I am glad she's back to being a series regular like she was in the first (her best) season. I'm annoyed that they killed off Tara because last season's finale set the stage to really explore and develop Tara and her mother's relationship in a positive way.

You say "overproduced" like it's a bad thing. I love the lush, deep production. The Ultraviolence album is underproduced and boring.

I am a Lana fan who loved Born to Die and Paradise, but this album doesn't work for me. Outside of West Coast and the title track, it's boring. Where is the hip hop influence? Where is Gangsta Nancy Sinatra? I blame Dan Auerbach's production moreso than Lana.
