What about a standard whereby you outline all conditions... ie: 60mph (rolling start) on an empty, straight, flat road at specific temperature for 60 miles with a 200lb driver on stock tires and full fluids? Or scale it; same basic conditions, but range from 20-80mph and chart the consumpution on 10mph increments? And
