The CLS has always had elegant swooping lines whereas the front end of this looks like some hack who puts "aero"kits on 350z's got a hold of this and slapped a second bumper on below the original one. From straight on it's just all angular and aggressive then you go around to the back and it just looks like a kid

Clean up on isle pants

I would really love to see that thing go over a speed bump and shred all 4 tires on the mangled quarter panels.

Ehh whatever the bulk of these will just end up sitting in climate controlled garages or being trailer queens. The people who buy these won't care that it was only two seconds all they will see is that it was faster and more exclusive so that's the one they want.

Gotta love NPR for the fact that they have been broadcasting two of the biggest Jalops ever since 1977. I'm pretty sure that Tom Magliozzi has at one point or another owned every one of the most respected Jalop cars there is.

@worthless_cos: I sure did sound they they had swapped out the factory sequential unit for a traditional manual one

Now playing

Or you could just hire the Royal Marines.

Any bets as to how long before the frame tacos?

Who needs a horn in one of these when there are 2 wastegates sitting behind the bumper that I can imagine would sound like a couple of seriously pissed off snakes.

Jeff Koon's M3 GT2 art car. I looks so fast even when it's not going anywhere.

Bureaucracy at it's finest

@Vavon: Holy torque Batman

@SantaRita: They are dry break fuel fillers

@cjlaw73: There was also the Supra. People were doing that on less displacement back in the mid 90's.

One minor flaw. How do you get into the back seats with those side intrusion beams?

Cigarettes, crumbs, sand, mud, animals that shed, and not wearing your seatbelt

Mr. Neil please please please for your own sake don't write about something that you clearly don't understand. You seem like the kind of person who would also bitch about how the GT3 RS is too hard and the half cage ruins the interior. Also any sports car enthusiast (which is the kind of person who should be writing

That garage looks familiar like it was part of a QOTD or a fantasy garage piece from a while back.

Car wise I would have to say the the twin turbo 1.5L V6 that powered the 1979 Renault RS10 F1 car. 500bhp from that tiny little engine at that time is just awesome. There are also some pretty impressive bike engines out there like the Ducati GP10 bike, 230bhp out of 800cc's at 18,000rpm. It sounds like somebody

Dart implies light, maneuverable, and quick yet I don't think that those or the word economy were ever used by a Dart driver to describe their car.
