Ok, whatever. The series was great. Watching and rewatching the episodes just makes me think that a electronics specialist should have been on board as a consultant. I just feel the story was flawed there.

What? Whether it's psychosomatic or not is not the point. No one ever brought it up as a technical issue. I'm suggesting the writers had no clue when writing it into the story.
