There are so very many red flags this looks like a parade in China.
This has been tracked hard. The engine, seat split, and front air dam are likely from track time. The clean rims indicate it had different wheels mounted for track day. Run away.
If the seller managed to blow the engine before 50K, how else has this been abused? And how do you get a split in the seat that quickly? Something ain’t right here. ND.
Take his Jeep away too. Make him get around on a bike. That would be justice!
In this case, Miata is not always the answer. ND.
This was my neighbor in his properly sorted high mileage and original owner from new for more than 60yrs.
What exactly was restored 5 years ago? It has no top, missing paint, dull chrome, a dirty engine bay, and an interior that looks like it has been sitting in a barn for 20 years.
It’s might be worth it. But, I find the claims dubious. Who restores a vehicle at a respected shop (and presumably pays for it) only to crappily store it in a barn? If all it needs is a battery, why didn’t the seller buy one and prove that it runs? What else did the cheap ass seller refuse to do?
Yup. Could have just gotten a couple of Australians to work on a Model X with a sawzall. Instant ute.
The fact is, pickup trucks are not challenging vehicles to design and build. That’s one of the reasons domestic automakers love them so much — they’re all profit. There are marketing challenges, but right now there seems to be more demand for electric trucks than supply, so even those are not a high hill to climb.…
What do you mean? I see no visible holes, and apart from rather extensive surface rust, it seems reasonably solid. Also panels do not get easier to weld than those. If that was on sale on this side of the pond, and I didn’t have already _WAY_ more rotten RRC (mostly fixed) already, I would totally get that in a…
At least there is at least one physical Cybertruck. It might just be a rolling model, but that’s still 100% more than this render.
Much of what makes a care reliable or not has a lot to do with the types of people who buy them. Cheap “disposable” cars tend to be purchased by those who couldn’t give a damn about maintenance, often driving them into the ground and then complaining the car was a POS. I’ve owned a few of those “disposable” cars over…
The new Mazda 3 hatch is expensive looking but it isn’t pretty.
you forgot this one
Its a big paperweight. It's basically useless. And I want it so bad....
Only makes sense if you make a El Crownmino.
I would add that the tailgate is absolutely not correct for 1964. It looks like something from the 1980's.
