It was dubbed over because they couldn't hear him talking originally. SO, knowing this, while I watched the movie I imagined the reason he was so loud was because the mask had a volume adjuster so people could hear him easily... It actually helped.

I almost always buy physical copies. I have a crappy download speed and it takes me 24 hours to download a 2GB game. Besides, the physical copy comes with a notepad. A FUCKING NOTEPAD, MAN!!!!
