That Forbes article on valets was the most painful read of the year. Whoever wrote it should be shot. So many mistakes, so many absurd statements, and such a ridiculous pre tense.

The guy in the Superleggera either needs a bigger wing to keep that power down, less intrusive TC or a better launch system. 370km/h+ down the stretch tho, that's impressive.
In high school I drove a 1994 Grand Cherokee RWD. Nothing special, except for the fact that it was a Sheriff's car in a previous life.
You talk about the sexy rear, Travis, but why you no has included a picture?
gotta have the 10k worth of carbon fibre interior trim. really changes the look from cheap to expensive in the SLS' interior.
reminds me of the Scaglietti 612 doing donuts. it's almost sacrilege.
Any extreme edition of an already extreme car. Take, for example, half of the things my local tuner in Vancouver does (their shop name rhymes with SR Grotto). They take a batshit crazy LP670-4 Super Veloce, take one look at it, think they can do better, and then proceed to boult gold wheels underneath. This one was…
I'd get a Rosso Mugello 458, a Sepang Blue 6-speed V8 R8, and a yellow new Range Rover Supercharged (a la Layer Cake). :D
If I had that kind of money, and more importantly, that level of paparazzi attention, I'd buy 20 fun low key cars, and employ 19 people, all lookalikes, to drive them outside my house along side me, just to mess with the Pap. We'd then split up in different directions once we leave my property gates.
My thoughts exactly. What a sensible little fellow.
I agree that they can be a bit in the way and distracting, but when linked to a sport button, it makes sense. In BMW Ms, you can program them to only appear when you've pressed the steering wheel 'M' button. That way, you're only using the HUD when travelling at warp speed. Makes sense, no?
pictured is the 997 mkII GT3. the car only came with a 6 speed manual transmission. if you're not referring to the pic and instead to the 991 GT3, then yes, yes.
I'm not sure if I agree. I thought you nailed it when you said BMW's 135i is a future classic, though. Anyways, just dropping by to mention the following 3 things:
So nice to hear! I'm going to copy and paste your reply and send it off to my friend who's currently contemplating trading his BMW 3 Series in for one of Boxster S, Z3M Coupe, or Z4M roadster. Hopefully it'll push him to make the correct decision.
I saw this car in person in Maranello at the Ferrari museum in 2008. It must of moved to Turin. Interesting. Gorgeous car as well.
The Audi Q7 V12 TDI.
Still own it? Would you recommend a friend to buy one? I know two people who've owned a Z3M Coupe and they both think of it as the best, funnest, and easiest to love car they've ever owned.
Yeah but put things in contrast. To get a V6 Mustang up to speed you'll need an entire afternoon. I haven't driven the most recent Shelby iteration but I can't imagine that it truly feels like it has all that power.
Torque steer and don't forget the absolutely non-existent traction control in those fast Mazda 3s.
Another example of a classy Ferrari. A GTO in Verde BR complete with heritage livery.
