Dude, don't joke about this sort of thing! I live in Groningen ( in the north of the Netherlands) and use my bike everyday. Believe me when I am saying - forgetting where you parked your bike, or somebody re-positioning it so they can get to their is a pain in the butt. Also we get bicycle traffic jams!

Totally agree with the F1 article! The biggest problem of F1 at the moment are the tires and more specifically the FIA + Bernie combo which imposed the current situation.
