I am the asshole and I don’t care, but I don’t think you are in this case, especially where dump truck drivers are consistently the absolute worst drivers on the road even when they’re not bouncing gravel all the fuck over the highways (I realize that’s not necessarily their fault, but fuck them, anyway)—either

In a 2019 Miata, (before it had car play/android auto,) I thought it was funny that while driving, the screen won’t show text messages for safety, but instead the screen shows something like “Because you’re driving, we will not show you the message.”

Tack on the fact it’s become socially acceptable to hustle because whatever you’re doing simply isn’t enough; your life’s purpose is to produce, produce, produce so that others can consume, consume, consume.

Always worthy.

Ah yes, I want nothing more than for my car to be assembled by an over-worked, sleep deprived technician.

When Musk works those kind of hours, raises a family and is present for family events while not neglecting his work, AND does it all for under X amount a year (depending on market), then he can talk.

It bears repeating for all the numbskulls who turn on their Tesla’s Autopilot and then proceed to read books, watch movies, and take naps.

Next generation? Come on. This is the US we’re talking about. When it comes to the powers that be, the only thinking beyond next quarter’s numbers is the next election cycle. The ‘next generation’ doesn’t own shares and can’t vote yet.

As for fuel economy, expect bad news. GM engineers wouldn’t disclose numbers just yet, though one engineer did say “It’s not miles per gallon, it’s smiles per gallon.” Translation: It’s not pretty. Then again, this is a three-ton-plus SUV

By far the most important: not having to pay $10/month for premium connectivity. Also app mirroring for all the apps Tesla doesn’t support like Waze. Android Auto and CarPlay are the #1 most desired features by current Tesla owners:

Tesla get’s away with not including AA and CP, that almost EVERY other automaker offer, well on or both, because Tesla Stans will forgive any and ALL shortcoming’s of Tesla and Lord Musk, no matter how bad.

I mean for starters regardless of how long out of date my car becomes I can always have the newest apps for android auto since the apps run off my phone. so if the hottest new music app of 2035 SquiggleTilde is what I want to use then I can with android auto while I have to hope Tesla decides to add it to my 10+ year

Is there a single 350/370Z in the world with a stock exhaust anyway? If so, I haven’t come across it.

Vettel is F1's new Kimi. He knows he is probably retiring at the end of the season and that the worst F1 will do is slap him with a fine that he can easily afford. So he might as well say what he thinks.

It’ll be garbage to drive *and* when it gets neglected like most cars owned by Americans do, it’ll break and leave you completely unable to steer!

This is why piano black needs to be banned. The car was perfectly clean 5 days ago, and this is what it was like after 600 miles.

That’s what we need, a car from TVR that SOLELY relies on electronics to function in any capacity.

Miata faithful call this a BFH treatment

o is a radius right? Stretch that out to 19'. Even if it’s 1" its still more than a zero radius

Yay, a 4300 lb Vette. RIP the tires on a track day!
