Reading between the lines of what the defense attorney is saying, sounds like he’s saying Will Smith drunkenly crashed into the suspect, then confronted the suspect with a gun after the suspect followed him with his car and rear-ended him. Then the suspect pulled his own gun and shot and killed Smith and shot his wife.
