If this has been him “not allowed” this whole time, we’re in for a wild ass ride.

Are you fucking kidding that you thought he might speak and write in Hebrew? Not a fucking chance. Maybe he used a translation app. Maybe someone else wrote it for him. No, that didn’t take “some time and effort” to write about four sentences. And, given that translation (my Hebrew skills are diminished from what they…
nobody’s really stopping him.
Wait, so he likely used a translating app to type a message on Instagram? Or had someone do it? I thought maybe he spoke Hebrew. I’m sure there’s many people who think that’s not nearly sufficient, but it would’ve taken some time & effort.
Oh, who knows. I could be reading a menu from a Tel Aviv takeout shawarma joint, back to front and wrong-way-round.
i don’t think he’s lucid enough to be that cynical. he probably just watched a jonah hill movie or is trying to get a sample cleared.
LMAO. No one who is sincere puts out their apology on Xitter.
He’s about to drop an album and someone reminded him that Jewish kids generally love Hip Hop.
CFA isn't exactly known for being flexible with the terms of how they run their business. If NY insists on dying on this hill, I assume CFA will simply shut down the affected outlets.
Service areas that would have been fine with a minor facelift were torn down and replaced with brand new, poorly designed facilities and contracted to a chain restaurant known for not operating on Sundays - a day that people often use the Thruway for travel.
The NYS Thruway is a toll road, that is why there is food, gas, and such at the rest areas/service areas. You can get off at another exit to get food if you like, but you’ll end up paying tolls to get on and off each time.
I always liked the music they used in Homicide. Especially their use of the Kinks Well Respected Man in the the episode “Colors”.
It’s a mess: it basically boils down to the fact that there is no compulsory license for music to use in other media (as opposed to playing the song on the radio or in your bar, where you just cut ASCAP/BMI a check and go about your day), so the rights for “home video” releases have to be separately renegotiated each…
If people haven’t read the book that Homicide is based on, they really, really should.
I suspect the difference between 30 Rock and Homicide is that by the time 30 Rock was being made tv show DVD collections were a thing. Back when they were making Homicide they probably never figured on releasing it on hundreds of VHS tapes and thus never paid for the rights to use the music in any other format than…
Regarding the flood, there is a school of thought that the global flood was actually a very large flood of the Tigris-Euphrates region that the common people who lived there believed was a global flood (because everywhere they knew was flooded and they had no idea of the size of the world).
Truly, it’s a bummer that she was fired for union solidarity, and not . . . . everything else.
The Ref is indeed awesome and sadly was forgotten long before the Spacey’s fall from grace.
It’s a self-contained story (as opposed to an episode of a television show), so it’s basically a movie with a short runtime. As are the other Christmas specials on this list.
I figured The Ref would get snubbed, so it’s my duty to tell everybody to watch The Ref. In terms of dark Christmas comedies, I love it more than Bad Santa.
