Read the whole survey. This is bogus. The only explanation for Stop & Shop being more trusted than Wegmans is ubiquity. All Ahold Delhaize stores (Giant, Stop & Shop, Food Lion, Hannaford) are overpriced and mediocre. Wegmans is cheaper and has a much better store brand.
