Everyone knows you use pigs for this.

Heretics is after God Emperor. Honestly, Leto the Giant Sandworm is where I gave up.

This was one of the worst possible weeks to be a vegan. Mousse/bavarois type fillings are difficult to do vegan. Aquafaba is better than it might sound, actually, but it can be finicky, and pavlova is harder than a meringue topping. I also think her curdled creme anglaise might have been because she was unfamiliar

Or the fact that it was talked about, including by RBG herself, MANY times?

As someone who watched a LOT of Grey’s Anatomy before finally giving up on the show, Ellen Pompeo has an outsized sense of her importance to it, at least as an actor (she’s active in production now).

What I liked about early L&O is that it actually showed cops acting badly.

I actually really like good old Sun-Maid but they have to be from a fresh box. Once you open it they dry out quickly.

My husband (English) claims malt loaf is “lovely” but when pressed admitted “it’s a bit heavy”. Coming, as it does, from someone who relishes stooge, I am suspicious.

My English husband got very excited at this episode for both mini rolls AND ... malt loaf. It seems he loves the stuff, though even he (a man who loves suet pudding) admits “It’s a bit heavy”.

FYI Don Cheadle is 56, not 65.

I’m so tired of the “everyone was like that back then!” It’s circling around the point, which is: Yes, racism and misogyny and homophobia were fucking epidemic and straight white men had the privilege of being able to ignore it while women and non-white comics just didn’t get booked.

The Mormon Belt is also home to all the supplement and oil companies.

The last season of Homicide is a horror I choose to believe never happened. Bayliss got a personality transplant.

I think this season has been uneven for multiple reasons, but you don’t give Braugher nearly enough credit here. He is a delight and a national treasure, and in a final season, sometimes you really do need the satisfying conclusion to an emotional arc.

Okay so I watched *all* the guest hosts (I live in a household of trivia mavens and Jeopardy is ritual television. I’m a 30+ year veteran). I was disappointed in LeVar. However, he wasn’t set up for success, so I’d be happy for him to have another chance.

On the one hand: Those tweet sucked.

On the other hand: Looking at those tweets and then deciding to hire Richards and Bialik.

He really needs to step down as EP, not for his comments but for his mismanagement.

So did you see the BBC investigation saying they found OnlyFans’ internal manual and that they were allowing illegal content?

Please. I’m a woman. That’s completely NOT why I can’t stand her, and haven’t for over a decade.

Except none of those positions she took were or are supported by science and the risks of selective and delayed vaccines are real.
