This seems more like an attack free speech. I’m afraid of the country we will live in if people are not free to voice their political opinions without an entire industry burning us at the stake.

In history, it’s not long after taking someone’s right to an opinion away that they are also executing and imprisoning them

I do think the way Palmer is dealing with it is dumb though. He shouldn’t be hiding from the conference and pretending he didn’t say that stuff. If I were him I would just say yes I said that. And if people interview him just say he really likes to avoid politics since he’s a spokesperson for Oculus.


Ah ok, what was some stuff they said that was hate speech? So far all I’ve seen just looks like more stupid political ads basically saying Hillary was lying or something. I see that every election for both candidates.

Still not sure what all the fuss is about.

So, I’m not happy about how how Oculus has handled it’s shipments. But I don’t think I understand what all the commotion is about in this. There are plenty of people in business that support various political parties and no one seems to mind.
