While the law is ridiculous it is not as much pro-religion as it is anti-extremist. If he did the same in some mosque the result would be the same. The point of the law is to prevent people from stirring the shit up on religious grounds (sadly it doesn’t include atheists though).

Well, while I agree that these laws are ridiculous, in fact he wasn’t rude inside the church. As far as video goes he just went in, used his mobile phone while someone shot him and later they made this into the video where he says obscenities aimed towards religious people.
