Hai see what ku did there. ;)

Shut your whore mouth and get your ears examined.

The latter. :)

I've come to accept that these engines are polarizing to the car community. The most frustrating part of that for me is the ignorance of those who usually bash them.

I think the oil metering pump (however necessary for road cars) was one of the biggest downfalls of these engines. You can't inject too much oil or people will complain about excessive consumption. You can't use two stroke oil because few people would bother to fill up a secondary resevoir even if you could get it to

Wow, was that supposed to be English? Also, welcome to last year. :)

Welcome to the internet.

all the trucks I've posted have undergone substantial styling mods and are even more phallus-like than their fore-bearers.

The 26B engine was and still is a culmination of the technology, engineering and research of several decades of rotary engine development by Mazda. I can't think of a better showcase for an automotive technology than that. If you really can't see that then I guess I just wasted my breath... haters gonna hate.

Duh.

You've side stepped my question which poked a gaping hole in your logic: They don't make their cars as well as the Japanese competition, yet were able to secure the only Japanese win EVER in the toughest endurance race in history. Please explain that paradox to me.

I'm curious... Is that why a Mazda rotary powered car is the only Japanese 24hrs of LeMans winner to this day?

Haters gonna hate.

Agreed. Unfortunately there is crazy and ignorance on both sides of the argument.

Your implication that "Green activists" are irrational is way off base. Environmentalists generally align themselves with the scientific community. This is because environmentalists prefer to base their beliefs on observable, demonstrable, rational facts rather than the he said/she said pseudo-science that you

I'm ashamed to share our species with you.

lol. The funny thing about all this is that the top 10 worst GM cars included a diesel but no EV or hybrid.

Yeah, ok buddy.

Everybody watch out, this snobby European guy is about to pull the wool back from our collective ignorant American eyes!
