I almost bought an Alfa Spyder once, until I did some research for parts and problems. REALLY glad I did that first and didn't just buy it. REALLY glad.

I think even if I had the money to buy a Veyron I wouldn't. I like to drive and the thought of the servicing costs on that thing would stop me. Even if I was a multi-millionaire, the Scottish in me would come out the first time I had to pay for servicing and I'd sell it.
The cable service in Oklahoma City used to go down because of squirrels chewing on the cable sometimes. I know, I used to do tech support and that happened more often than you would imagine. :-)
I had the BSOD on XP very rarely and have never had one on Windows 7. Vista on the other hand... what a POS that was.. I have to admit that I am very impressed with Windows 7. The only crashes I've had on it have been third party software and Win7 just shrugged it off and kept going.
Oh. My. God. That. Is. SEXY!
I didn't notice that until I read your comment. Then I also noticed how the suit didn't do anything to help but just stands to one side. I wonder how much of that was shock and how much of it was just don't care attitude?
On the photo of the rear light (number 6) does anyone else see what looks like a chip in the paint? Right below the light? I thought it was a reflection, but even when you enlarge it, it still looks like a chip in the paint.
LOL. That is my nomination for COTD. Excellent! :-)
Yay! Jaguar are finally starting to get sexy again!
Wow! I've never heard of them. That is pretty cool. Thanks for posting.
I don't understand how people can do it in an airplane bathroom. I can barely take a piss in one of them without getting stuck or dislocating something..
Dammit! I just snorted my coffee..
Yeah I forgot the problems that can come with a salvage title. It doesn't matter how minor it was, a salvage title will still ring alarm bells for most people, and some insurance companies too.
Yeah I see what you mean. But I still think it's worth it knowing the history.
I feel the exact same way you do regarding salvage titles. But did you read the listing? It wasn't a major wreck, it was very minor but the cost of repair was more than the insurance company decided the car was worth. My first instinct was to dismiss it too due to the salvage, but I'm glad I read through it though…
Even though I know absolutely nothing about these cars, I vote nice price for this one. The salvage title doesn't bother me as the seller has given details about why it has one. Also the seller loves the car and has taken great care in making it perfect. So although it may seem old, it's darn near perfect condition…
Thank you! I was staring at it wondering what seemed wrong about it. God I still need to wake up it seems..
I would buy this just to stare at it's silhouette all day.
I forgot about those, even though I'd mentioned the 205, Duh. Those are really nice looking. Photo's don't do them justice. They look way better in person.
A long time ago... a friend and I were out driving in a Mini Van when we cam across a Lotus. As he was slowing down for a corner, we undertook him and pulled back in front then hung on for dear life as we barely made it through the corners. Once we were on the straight again the Lotus pulled past us. And as he did, he…
